Luxirare is one of the first online fashion blogs I'd starting following and if you're a religious reader of her blog like i am, you'd understand why. honestly, i wouldnt compare her to any other bloggers out there, it's like she's in her own little world. every piece of apparel or food she churns out and posts, i covet for. sadly, not everything's up for sale [but this one and only leather purse is! at $700 at her store] and im just way too broke to afford anything. haha.

California loving- Rose Parade!

our hosts brought us to catch the 2010 Rose Parade which is a rather big event to Californians, or so i heard. every inch of the floats were painstakingly pieced together by hand with fresh flowers and seeds! 'twas quite a sight. it was surprisingly hot out for a winter morning though. didn't help that i was decked out in black from head to toe. =/

on a side note, please ignore my black backpack, i lugged it around practically everywhere during the 3 weeks. what can i say? im not too much of a bag person. glad to say i'd found the [almost] perfect black bag on the trip. but i'd save that for my shopping post. laters. xxx
